Dan Rambo

Dan has been in fitness since he was 15 when he first stepped into a gym. He’s always trained hard but never took the dieting side too seriously. A while after, Dan got into music and gigging, which got his name established, but took him down quite a dark route with the ‘party drugs’.

“When the first lockdown hit, I decided to turn my life around and get my mind and body back into shape. This then brought me a passion to help other around me turn their life around”. Brining us to now, Dan hasn’t stopped since and now competes competitively in men’s physique.

Dan recently took part in the PCA bodybuilding competition and has qualified for the British finals. “It’s something I’ve always wanted to tick off, so it was a good experience from start to finish. "I know what I need to do to make a name for myself at the finals, so it is full steam ahead to chase the end goal”.

To prepare for the competition Dan said he suffered from nothing but hard work and dieting “This time I will be coming in a lot dryer which unfortunately means more suffering, but this is what I do…rewards come after”

How was it starting up at your own gym/studio?

‘It was pretty mad” Dan has always liked the idea of coaching people and helping them out for the long run. “ I keep in contact with a lot of my clients to see their journey and be able to have a positive impact on their lives.”

“The way I transformed myself away from party life into a machine, I think it inspired people to want to better themselves because it is more realistic." It shows that the work you put in comes back, as he was working so hard on himself, and his clients Dans company grew very fast

“I’m glad that I did it because I wouldn’t be where I am today without it”
