• All UK customers must return their order within 14 working days of the delivery date.
  
  
• For all International customers, please return your order within 28 days of the delivery date.
  
  
• Your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  
  
• Your order must also be in the original packaging and still have the label attached.
  
  
• Please use the returns form in your order to detail the issue with your order. Fill it out and send back to us.
  
  
• If your order is purchased with a discount code the whole order has to be returned if you are wanting a refund, however if it is just for an exchange please just send back the item for exchange.
  
  
• Once your order has been returned, your exchange will be sent out using the same contact details from the original order.
  
  
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email and/or text notification that we have received your return and your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 14 days to process your full refund depending on your bank.
  
  
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.
  
  
• Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Please note we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke / are covered in pet hair / marked or used.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / credit card company for any pending transcations, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
